A Éviter absolument de travailler avec Capelli.. Ce sont des escrots, manque de communication voir pas du tout, que ce soit avec les propriétaires et les communes.. Retard de plus de 2 ans.. Et encore route est longue vu ce qu'il nous attend.. Les pre réceptions ont été faites alors que l'appartement n'était même pas fini..SDB non fini, des câbles partout, peinture j'en parle même pas, les plinthes qui ne sont même pas droite.. Les rebords de fenêtres complètement defonce.. Honnêtement.. Si je vous montre les photos vous serez choqué de l'état de l'appartement qu'ils vont livrer.. Même une personne qui ne s'y connaît en bâtiment pourrait mieux faire..Ils ne répondent jamais à nos questions.. On ne sait jamais quand est ce qu'on pourra emménager..
Je me retrouve actuellement à payer des loyers et le crédit d'un appartement que je risque de ne jamais recevoir..
Je me demande même si Les normes de sécurité ont été bien faites..
Je suis dégouté de tout ce qui se passe.. On se retrouve tous avec des loyers à payer, des endroits à stocker les cuisines, et même nos meubles car certaines personnes ont du quitter leur logement actuel.. Je ne vous dis pas la situation explosive.. JE VOUS DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT DE PASSER PAR EUX.. ILS NE SONT PAS DU TOUT PROFESSIONNEL et le pire c'est qu'ils s'en foutent complètement.. J'ai déjà envoyé des dizaines de mails aucune réponse et quand j'appelle pour prendre rdv, bizzarement la personne n'est pas disponible et elle est censé te rappeler mais ne te rappelle jamais..
Elle vient de signer en plus un contrat majeur au sud est du Luxembourg.. Je plains ce qui vont acheter chez eux..
Si vous ne me croyez pas, essayer de prendre contact avec les propriétaires (si un jour on aura notre appartement) de Capelli.. Vous changerez d'avis très vite..
Bon courage à ce qui ont ou vont acheter chez eux..
